Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers all Urban Desires hand dryers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

• Repairs or replacements of defective components.

• Replacement of the entire hand dryer unit if repairs are not feasible.

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.

• Damage caused by improper electrical connections or power surges.

• Damage caused by the use of incompatible cleaning supplies or harsh chemicals.

• Items used for commercial purposes (unless explicitly specified for commercial use).

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact Urban Desires customer support by email at info@urbandesires.in within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the problem you are experiencing.

Our customer support team will then:

• Diagnose the problem.

• Determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

• If covered, provide instructions on how to return the faulty hand dryer for repair or replacement.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the hand dryer to Urban Desires for warranty service. Urban Desires will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement hand dryer back to you.

Warranty Replacement

In the event that a replacement hand dryer is necessary, we will make a reasonable effort to provide you with a replacement of the same model. If the original model is unavailable, we will substitute a comparable model with equal or better features and functionality.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Urban Desires. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the hand dryer unit. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or misuse of the hand dryer.
